I normally don't get the chance to show an entire guest book, but this one is particularly cute and it's been a while since I've shown one start to finish. Normally for a wedding with about 100 guests, you only need 12 pages. For 150-175 guests, 20 is better. Emma and Travis are having closer to 250+ so we've got 28 pages here - the biggest this book will go. Check it out! Here's the cover, the back is on the left hand side and the front is on the right.
And for the inside... Note the orange line doesn't actually print, it's just to show you where the middle of the pages falls. Where the pages meet is called the gutter. This book opens flat, so we're able to design very close to the gutter. In book bound books, you can't design that close to the gutter because otherwise no one would see it when you have the actual book in your hand.
I've found that in the brand of guest books that I use, the fine point sharpie works the best for signing. Very few smears, and the pages are thick enough that it doesn't show on the other side. Pros: If you want to know the album company I use or any ordering question, just email me to ask. |
